Beware of bogus callers offering insulation

We are aware that there is a company in the area which is calling at tenants homes claiming to be  from Red Kite and offering to install insulation. We will always send you a letter whenever we plan to carry out any kind of work to your home and our staff will always carry identity cards. We are not currently carrying out any insulation works although we plan to shortly, so unless you have received a letter from us beforehand, please do not let them in.
