Leading two of our most important areas, our Head of Experience and Head of Business roles are waiting to be filled by someone whose motivation to improve the homes and lives of our customers is infectious. Their focus on building relationships and delivering the best possible services they can will be undeniable. And their vision for making a difference is legendary.

Both of these roles report to our Director of Operations, and to give you a brief idea of what they are responsible for:

Head of Business (Development, Investment, Commercial)
As the leader for the Development & Regeneration, Investment and Commercial teams, this role is all about helping us to realise the potential of our communities, helping our customers to shape an exciting future that offers better opportunities and life outcomes. Working with our customers to shape what our homes and assets will look and feel like in the coming years, this person will be the custodian of our asset portfolio, which includes homes, shops, garages and land, and balance commercial acumen with community awareness, with maybe a dash of social enterprise to ensure that we make the best use of our assets. Head of Experience (Management, Estates, Customers)
Forget traditional housing management - neighbourhood teams, schemes and sheltered housing - our breakthrough Experience Pod has recently been formed to take all the old-school housing, tenancy and estate management functions and create one team that is much more mobile, responsive and task-based, rather than working in geographical patches. What used to be our neighbourhood and sheltered service is now provided by a multi-skilled team of Experience Specialists who are responsible for responding and providing services to our customers. Our new Head of Experience will lead this brand new team to deliver an unparalleled, proactive service with excellent customer experience as the focus.
