Calling all Project Managers!
Are you someone who inspires and motivates teams? Do you have a record of leading and delivering key projects? Are you fantastic at building strong relationships that help reach common goals?
With lots of big and exciting projects to deliver, we need highly motivated, passionate and creative people to join our team. Super organisation, total accuracy and a confidence and approach to obstacles that sees them as a positive challenge rather than a hurdle, we want people who are creative ‘out the box’ thinkers and can look at new ways of approaching things. Project Managers (1 x ICT, 1 x Service Improvement)
We need one Project Manager with a strong knowledge of IT Systems (experience of Capita Open Housing would be helpful, but it’s not essential) to focus on our projects where IT is the main solution.
Our second Project Manager will lead our more service improvement based Projects – and whilst a background in Housing would be great, it’s not essential so long as you can demonstrate the skills we need for the role.
Both Project Managers will need to lead and take full ownership, right from the initial concept through to successful delivery. You need to be confident in managing procurement and implementing new systems, as well as understanding and managing the risks. Great communication is vital too, as it will be an integral part of all your projects.
If either of these roles sound like the kind of thing you could really run with and make your own, please visit our website for full details and application form.
For an informal chat with one of our team, who would be more than happy to give you some inside knowledge about Red Kite, call us on 01494 476334.
Closing date: Midnight 8th March
Salary Circa £50k (plus car allowance & medical insurance)
You will make sure that Red Kite provides excellent services to the community through the management of all obligations that relate to statutory and local compliance for our housing stock. You will also review and develop all the policies and procedures relating to statutory and local compliance. For more information please check the job description out.

None of these for you?
If you don’t fancy any of these roles but feel like Red Kite could be the place for you, get in touch.
We’re always on the hunt for colleagues who are:
- Ready for a fresh challenge with a great new organisation
- Brave enough to challenge the norm, with enough creativity to see new ideas turn into reality
- Excited about working with like minded people
If that sounds like you, or you know someone who fits the bill, give us a shout. Personalities and values matter more to us at Red Kite than bums on seats. So unless we can find the right characters, we’re not going to fill any vacancies with people who can do the basics...we’d rather wait for those hidden gems to walk through our colourful office doors, knowing that they’d fit right in.
