Project Managers (1 x ICT, 1 x Service Improvement)

We need one Project Manager with a strong knowledge of IT Systems (experience of Capita Open Housing would be helpful, but it’s not essential) to focus on our projects where IT is the main solution.

Our second Project Manager will lead our more service improvement based Projects – and whilst a background in Housing would be great, it’s not essential so long as you can demonstrate the skills we need for the role.

Both Project Managers will need to lead and take full ownership, right from the initial concept through to successful delivery. You need to be confident in managing procurement and implementing new systems, as well as understanding and managing the risks. Great communication is vital too, as it will be an integral part of all your projects.

Compliance Manager
Salary Circa £50k (plus car allowance & medical insurance)

You will make sure that Red Kite provides excellent services to the community through the management of all obligations that relate to statutory and local compliance for our housing stock.  You will also review and develop all the policies and procedures relating to statutory and local compliance.  For more information please check the job description out.
